Position 1: Deputy Chief of Party, Technical

Qualifications:
• Possession of a Master’s degree or higher in education, early childhood education, developmental psychology, or a related field.
Experience and Proficiencies:
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-year projects and guiding partners towards achieving project milestones.
• Minimum 12 years of experience overseeing early childhood and education projects in emergency contexts, with at least 3 years managing USAID-funded early childhood/education projects.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, program evaluation, and project management.
• Ability to analyze and succinctly communicate results from special studies.
• Track record of effective teamwork and leadership in a consortium setting, including collaboration with private sector and non-state actors in expanding early childhood education.
• Extensive experience engaging with local government structures, donors, and other stakeholders involved in expanding early childhood education in Ethiopia.
• Strong management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and oral, in English.

Position 2: Senior Manager of Warehouse & Inventory Management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, supply chain management, or related fields, along with a minimum of 10 years of senior managerial experience.
Experience and Skills:
• Proven expertise in managing supplies, commodities, GIKs, and assets, including proficiency in web-based supply management systems and trend analysis for warehousing.
• Field-level experience in supply-chain management for international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) involved in development and emergency programs.
• Knowledge of institutional donors and their compliance requirements related to warehousing and inventory management.
• Ability to solve complex issues through analysis and clear decision-making.
• Commitment to the values of Save the Children.
• Flexibility to adapt work practices and hours during major emergencies, including short-notice travel for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing orders and information, including developing filing systems and databases for audit trails.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and operating software.

Position 3: Health and Nutrition Officer (Re-Advertisement)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, supply chain management, or related fields, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior managerial positions.
Experience and Proficiencies:
• Extensive experience in managing supplies, commodities, GIKs, and assets, including web-based supply management and trend analysis for warehousing.
• Field-level experience in supply-chain management for INGOs engaged in international development and emergency programs.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements of key institutional donors regarding warehousing and inventory management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
• Ability to address complex issues through analysis and clear decision-making.
• Commitment to the values upheld by Save the Children.
• Willingness to adapt work practices and hours during major emergencies, including short-notice travel for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills for managing orders and information, including the development of filing systems and databases for audit trails.
