Position 1: Child Protection Officer

Position 2: Social Worker

Requirements:

  • Degree: BA or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in international humanitarian or development NGOs, particularly with displaced, migrant, or vulnerable children.
  • Skills: Technical experience in migration, protection, or livelihoods programming; prior involvement in child protection or humanitarian responses.

Position 3: Program Support Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in M&E, Development Studies, Commerce, Accounting, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in an NGO setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with multicultural teams, data management, and office management; excellent communication and contract management skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Other: Ability to travel outside Addis Ababa, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a commitment to Save the Children’s values.

Position 4: Chief of Party, ECDA

Requirements:

  • Degree: Master’s or equivalent experience with at least 12 years of experience in designing and managing large Early Childhood Development and Education programs.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior roles in developing countries, preferably Ethiopia; proven success in ECDE policy advocacy; familiarity with USAID regulations.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, creative problem-solving, proficiency in MS Office, and professional English communication.
  • Preferred: Experience as Chief of Party or Deputy COP, prior experience in Ethiopia, or with LEGO Foundation.
