To achieve our ambitious goal of establishing Ethiopia as the hub of quality pharmaceuticals in East Africa, we are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced individuals for the following positions:
Position 1: QC Chemical Analyst
Responsibilities:
Conducting assays on raw materials and finished products according to specified test parameters and schedules, and promptly reporting results.
Ensuring accuracy and precision of assay systems, utilizing approved departmental test results as benchmarks to enhance professional competency.
Documenting test procedures, maintaining assay records and samples in an organized manner.
Overseeing the safety protocols of the chemical laboratory and tests, including the proper storage of drugs, equipment, and materials.
Preparing, calibrating, and reviewing standard solutions, ensuring calibration accuracy, and arranging for sample inspections and stability investigations.
Developing purchasing plans for necessary instruments, standard materials, test reagents, spare parts, and consumables based on inspection requirements.
Undertaking additional assigned tasks with accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professional commitment.
Proficiency in standard office software.
No prior experience required.

Position 2: QC Microbiology Analyst
Responsibilities:
Adhering strictly to inspection Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), overseeing sampling, inspection, and reporting of microbiological analyses.
Ensuring proper use and maintenance of microbiological instruments and equipment.
Culturing and inoculating bacteria for microbial testing, as well as preparing bacterial solutions and mediums.
Providing accurate and reliable microbial detection results and maintaining the cleanliness of the microbiological laboratory.
Preparing, calibrating, and reviewing standard solutions, arranging for sample inspections and stability investigations, and developing purchasing plans for required materials.
Daily operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems for microbial testing, with proper record-keeping.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Hard-working with excellent communication skills and professional dedication.
Proficiency in standard office software.
No prior experience required.
