Position: Product Manager – International Money Transfers

Responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, overseeing the expansion of international money transfers (IMT), and maintaining regular interaction with regulators, various partners, and hubs serving different corridors to ensure sustained growth. The role involves managing contractual obligations and pricing, with a focus on strategic and tactical execution of the overall IMT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the FS IMT strategy from strategic planning to tactical execution.

Own the product roadmap, considering the entire value chain to enhance the group’s market position.

Guide business growth in both outward and inward remittances.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities beyond wallet-to-wallet transactions.

Manage overall IMT revenue.

Establish an IMT business strategic partnership framework for onboarding new partners and hubs.

Identify key corridors and strategic partners for marketing and pricing decisions.

Collaborate with existing and new IMT partners to identify growth opportunities.

Define marketing strategy and plans for business development in key corridors.

Work with the regulatory team to deepen relationships and obtain approval for new partners and corridors.

Analyze the impact of gray route partners and develop strategies to minimize their effect on overall business performance.

Develop a targeted IMT loyalty scheme to retain and attract new customers.

Collaborate with AML and compliance teams to ensure proper due diligence on existing and new partners.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of a first degree in Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, or related fields.

At least 5 years of work experience in the international remittance, banking, or digital payment sectors.
