Position 1: Finance and Administration Officer

Location: Ethiopia

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management, business administration, or a related field with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on a USAID project is desirable.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in office administration, property, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel and work throughout Ethiopia, sometimes in challenging conditions.

  • Demonstrated skills in building, mobilizing, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; understanding of local context and language is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and work throughout Ethiopia, sometimes in challenging conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or delegate.
