Position: Customer Service Officer (Job Position 1)

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretary Science, Office Management, Marketing, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in a similar role within the real estate or construction sector.

Competencies:

Proven work experience as a Customer Service Officer in a dynamic environment.

Customer-oriented with adaptability to various working conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Professional attitude and appearance.

Patience and empathy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests promptly upon their arrival at the office.

Serve as the company’s representative, providing information about products/services in adherence to communication policies and procedures.

Offer accurate, valid, and complete information to customers through various communication channels.

Answer customer inquiries through in-person, phone calls, or email, redirecting them to the appropriate department or personnel.

Handle customer complaints, providing timely solutions and alternatives, ensuring resolution in collaboration with relevant managers or employees.

Identify and assess customers’ needs, building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.

Maintain detailed customer records and update them after each interaction.

Coordinate and arrange appointments and meetings.

Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the customer desk.

Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with management when necessary.

Acquire knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies, and customer management processes to enhance customer service handling.

Maintain cleanliness of personal and customer desk spaces.

Prepare and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to the immediate supervisor.

Perform other similar activities as assigned by the relevant authority.
