Position 1: Branch Manager
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields
5+ years of banking experience, including 2 years as Assistant Manager, Customer Service Manager/Operation Manager, or 3 years as Accountant or equivalent
Place of Assignment: Multiple locations including Hawassa, Boke Tiko, Merkato, BoleJafer, Bale Robe 2, Iressa, Gindir, Angetu, Kofele, Harar, Adama Bole, Bole Bulbula, Furi, Melka Rafu, Jimma 2, and Dello Mena
Position 2: Accountant
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a closely related field.
3+ years of banking experience, including 1 year as an Accountant, Senior Customer Service Officer, or equivalent
Place of Assignment: Multiple locations including Merkato, BoleJafer, Boke Tiko, Bale Robe2, Iressa, Gindir, Angetu, Kofele, Harar, Adama Bole, Bilal, Finfinne, Agaro, Gelemso, Bedeno, Hasasa, Jimma2, and Dello Mena
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer Cash
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a closely related field.
3+ years of banking experience, including 1 year as an Accountant, Cashier, Senior Customer Service Officer, or equivalent
Place of Assignment: Multiple locations including Merkato, BoleJafer, Boke Tiko, Bale Robe2, Iressa, Gindir, Angetu, Kofele, Harar, Adama Bole, Bilal, Agaro, Bedeno, Hasasa, Jimma2, and Dello Mena
Position 4: Customer Service Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:

Role 5: Operator and Documentation Officer specializing in Swift programming.
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a closely related field.
Three years of banking experience, including 1 year as a Swift Operator, Documentation Officer, or equivalent
Position 6: Digital Channel Business Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or closely related fields.
Three years of banking experience, including 1 year as a Digital Channel Officer, Digital Business Officer, Digital Banking Officer, or equivalent
Position 7: Digital Channel Technical Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Economics, or related fields
Three years of banking experience, including 1 year as a Digital Channel Technical, E-Banking Officer, Digital Banking Officer, or equivalent
Position 8: Collateral Valuator (Maker or Checker)
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Three years of banking experience, including 1 year as an Associate Engineer, Collateral Valuator, or equivalent
Position 9: Cheque Clearance Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field
A three-year background in banking, with one year specifically in roles such as Junior Cheque Clearance Officer, Reconciliation Officer, or a comparable position
Compensation and perks: In accordance with the bank’s salary structure
