In response to the current limited range of banking services relative to the population and the absence of a fully operational Interest-Free Bank in the country, there is a significant need for more banks offering diverse financial products, services, and instruments. This gap presents an opportunity to establish and grow a new interest-free bank—Rammis Bank.
Established on October 4, 2022, Rammis Bank S.C. is a fully-fledged interest-free bank in Ethiopia, with a vision to become the leading hub for interest-free banking in East Africa.
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: None required (0 years).
- Graduation Year: 2023/2024 graduates only.
- Exit Exam: Must have taken and passed the national university exit exam.
- Place of Work: Branches and Head Office.
Position 2: IT Graduate Trainee
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: None required (0 years).
- Graduation Year: 2023/2024 graduates only.
- Exit Exam: Must have taken and passed the national university exit exam.
- Place of Work: Head Office.
Salary and Benefits: As per the bank’s scale.
Employment Term: Permanent.
