Position: Junior Accountant
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance Experience: Entry-level, 0 years’ experience Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Critical thinking
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of accounting principles
Responsibilities:
- Prepare checks requested by the CEO and DGM, subject to review by immediate supervisor and finance manager prior to approval by signatories.
- Prepare bank payment vouchers for supervisor review.
- Handle petty cash vouchers and settlement summaries.
- Facilitate bank transfers.
- Compile monthly payroll tax and pension reports for government submission.
- Ensure proper filing of petty cash and bank payment vouchers.
- Collect bank statements and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate head office payroll activities.
Location: Prime Engineering Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position: Accountant II
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Peachtree accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in general ledger functions
Responsibilities:
- Audit financial documents and procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Calculate tax payments and returns.
- Utilize bookkeeping skills to identify numerical errors.
Position: Senior Surveyor
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of surveying experience
- Electro-mechanical project experience preferred
- Proficiency in GPS, GIS, and CAD software
- Strong math and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Degree/diploma in surveying engineering or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret plans, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform calculations and utilize technical tools effectively.
