Job Position 1 – Senior Database Administrator

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in database administration.

Training in Oracle Database.

Proficiency in Oracle database, Oracle RAC, and grid infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement policies, procedures, and process documents for database administration.

Oversee the design, setup, installation, and integration of various databases to meet business requirements.

Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and relevant security standards.

Build highly available systems that meet customer expectations.

Collaborate with vendors for database support activities.

Conduct database tuning based on performance metrics.

Design, develop, and manage business intelligence reports.

Implement system capacity planning and business continuity.

Perform database and logs backup, restoration, archiving, and retention.

Investigate and analyze trace files.

Conduct maintenance, upgrade, and migration of databases.

Implement new database technologies and contribute to the development of new products and services.

Work closely with payment application units.

Conduct end-of-day tasks and provide training, coaching, and mentoring to unit employees.

Address incidents, interruptions, malfunctions, and system quality reductions promptly.

Prepare periodic reports and undertake other assigned duties.

Job Position 2 – Senior IT Security Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in ICT/Computer Science/Information Systems/Finance/Business or related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a related field is required. Preferably, training in Information Systems Security, IT Security Management, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT/cyber security.

Ensure information system confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Collaborate with vendors for support activities.

Lead IT security and related projects.

Conduct periodic performance metrics.

Design capacity planning and manage business continuity.

Lead maintenance, upgrade, and migration of security management systems.

Collaborate with work units to develop software, products, and services adhering to security standards.

Research new IT security standards and technologies.

Periodically assess information security risk per PCI-DSS and other standards.

Conduct IT security audits and address findings.

Implement and update multi-layer security controls.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.

Manage security incident response and process protocols.

Participate in budget preparation for the unit.

Provide guidance and training to staff and customers on IT security and compliance.

Prepare periodic reports and fulfill other assigned duties.

Job Position 3 – Product and Business Development Officer II

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field from a recognized institution.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred experience in business and product development, marketing, and public relations.

Responsibilities:

Implement policies, procedures, and process documents for Innovation and Business development functions.

Contribute to the development of innovative products and services.

Assist in identifying, approaching, and establishing business partnerships.

Develop market segmentation tools and provide technical recommendations for product positioning.

Conduct feasibility and benchmark surveys, along with customer satisfaction surveys.

Create prototypes for new products to refine final designs.

Develop research proposals for management approval.

Analyze performance metrics and conduct cost analysis for new product development.

Participate in marketing campaigns to inform people about new product/service availability.

Monitor the performance of products, enhancements, and obsolescence.

Provide technical support for new product development launches.

Contribute to budget preparation for the work unit.

Prepare periodic reports and handle other assigned duties.
