Position 1: Marketing and Communication Officer II

Qualifications & Professional Background:

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience in the Marketing and Communications domain.

Position 2: Senior Hardware and Software Officer

Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• Holds a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Accumulated a minimum of five years of experience in the maintenance of hardware and software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the formulation and execution of policies and procedures for the support services related to hardware and software.

• Execute tasks such as ATM installation and deployment, ATM relocation/update, POS installation and deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Manage ATM image change requests and deliver training on hardware and software to end users.

• Address support requests from internal and external customers, providing first and second line support for IT infrastructure.

• Regularly perform preventive maintenance and uphold the maintenance of office machines like computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.

• Maintain the card production hardware and software platform, encompassing card personalization machines and PIN printers.

• Extract electronic journals and logs from ATM terminals.

• Develop specifications, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and RFP response documents as part of the supply chain management processes.

• Engage with external vendors to resolve technical hardware and software support issues.

• Verify completed work for payment requests related to ATM, card personalization machines, and other hardware and software items.

• Collaborate with the sales team in supply chain processes and provide after-sales support.

• Contribute to building a knowledge base by documenting various issues observed in support services.

• Deliver training sessions on hardware and software maintenance to end users.

• Prepare regular performance reports.
