The Opportunity:
As a Health and Nutrition Officer, you will play a key role in reducing malnutrition and addressing prioritized humanitarian needs through an intersectoral approach, integrating protection mainstreaming in Guba-Koricha Woreda, Oromia Region. You will implement and monitor nutrition project activities at both the woreda and kebele levels, in collaboration with target beneficiaries, community members, and local government, adhering to national protocols and agreed-upon project standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc in Health, Nursing, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Experience: Health Service Extension Program.
- Skills: Flexibility, independence, and the ability to handle stressful situations in remote, challenging environments.

Position 2: WASH Officer
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Water Supply, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 3-5 years, with experience in the WASH sector and emergency WASH being advantageous.
- Skills: Experience in WASH facilities construction, community mobilization, planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, and reporting. Proficient in designing, supervising, and implementing water, sanitation, and hygiene programs in community settings, schools, and health centers.

Position 3: IYCF Officer

Qualifications:
- Education: BSc in Health, Nursing, or related fields.
- Experience: Over 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an international NGO or similar organization.
- Skills: Knowledge of emergency nutrition intervention policies and practices, experience in developing and monitoring budgets, proficiency in word processing and Excel, and an understanding of child rights and their protection and fulfillment in a development context.
Position 4: EHF Project Manager
Location: Oromia Program Area, Chiro
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or equivalent vocational study in Management, Rural Development, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 7+ years of relevant experience, with 3 years in a senior role (experience in an NGO or INGO is not mandatory but beneficial), or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Effective organization and management of multiple training initiatives, experience creating yearly training plans and materials, and experience in budget management and monitoring.
