Phoenix Distributors Ethiopia, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, distributes FMCG products through a network of Sales Representatives and a managed database of registered partner outlets across various major regions in Ethiopia. We implement profitable end-to-end route-to-market strategies for our partners’ brands, ensuring efficient and effective product delivery to customers. Through continuous engagement with our customers via interviews and surveys, we regularly update our market intelligence to understand customer needs and preferences.
Position: Liaison Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills for gathering and analyzing customer data
- Fluency in Oromiffa, English, and Amharic languages
- Willingness to travel frequently outside of Addis Ababa
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
The Liaison Officer will facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, and organizations, serving as a bridge to ensure smooth operations and efficient decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing information flow, resolving conflicts, maintaining strong relationships, representing the company in authorized government and non-government offices, and completing tasks assigned by relevant departments.
