Position: Manager, Integrated Facility Management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or an MBA in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a BA, or 8 years with an MBA, in facility management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in maintaining operational infrastructure and facility systems.
- Proven expertise in budgeting and cost control within facility operations.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and integrating technology solutions.
- Strong track record in health and safety compliance and risk management.
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Soft Skills Required: Integrity, responsiveness, cooperativeness, and stress tolerance.
