Position 1: ICT Assistant

A first  degree in CS, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of work experience.

Experience in ICT assistance within a humanitarian/recovery/commodity handling context.

Previous experience in complex and volatile contexts.

Documented results relevant to the position’s responsibilities.

Knowledge of own skills/profile.

Fluency in English and Local Language.

Context-related skills, knowledge, and experience:

Professional expertise and understanding in LAN/WLAN network technologies and Windows clients.

Familiarity with PHP or other scripting languages is beneficial.

Previous ICT experience in an environment facing environmental and geographical limitations.

Familiarity with Cisco Meraki is a plus.

Proficiency in managing servers and related access control.

Capability to troubleshoot independently, conduct root cause analysis, and address technical issues.

Readiness to take responsibility for analyzing and resolving issues.

Position 2: Monitoring And Evaluation Coordinator

BA/MA/MSc in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in an international NGO, preferably in an emergency or post-conflict setting, beneficiary reception and/or counseling, CFM, or a related field.

Profound skills in analytical and research work.

Experience in handling sensitive feedback.

Excellent computer knowledge, particularly in MS Excel and other MS Office packages.

Experience working with data analysis software/programs.

Ability to present data clearly, convey information concisely, and identify trends.

Experience in facilitating capacity-building efforts for diverse colleagues, including local partner agencies.

Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing); other languages are an asset.

Context-related skills, knowledge, and experience:

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high approachability, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
