Position 1: Outdoor Sales Representative
Requirements:
- Recent graduates of 2023/24.
- A completed degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a strong interest in sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to overall goals.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily briefings and weekly meetings with the sales supervisor.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for the designated region.
- Complete all tasks with diligence and commitment to organizational growth.
- Register and manage agents and merchants in the assigned zone.
- Facilitate activation and reactivation of agents and merchants.
- Conduct promotional activities.
- Maintain company standards of excellence and service, ensuring high-quality performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior management.
