Position 1: Manager – Catering Service Division
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in catering services or similar roles at reputable organizations or at least 4-star hotels.
- Professional certificates in catering service areas are a plus.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Management.
- At least 8 years of experience in banking operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role, preferably in IFB services.
- Responsible for planning and executing IFB products throughout their lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with various units to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Continually assesses market position and identifies threats and opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

Position 3: Project Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction work, including at least 3 years as a site supervisor, project manager, or resident engineer.
- Certifications required: AutoCAD (mandatory); SAP and Arch CAD (preferred).
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documentation, providing legal advice to the regional manager and staff, and addressing legal problems, risks, options, and solutions.
