Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization, an NGO, is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Position: Grant Manager
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience in donor relations and grants management, particularly with institutional humanitarian and development donors.
- Familiarity with complex and insecure environments, especially with displaced populations.
- Strong understanding of donor guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in staff capacity-building.
- Willingness to travel to field offices and work in challenging environments as required.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of NGO operations and the humanitarian sector.
- International work experience is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills are essential.
