About NEO Microfinance: NEO Microfinance, or “NEO,” is an emerging Ethiopian Microfinance Institution (MFI) that has met all the prerequisites set by the National Bank of Ethiopia to obtain an MFI license. NEO’s mission is to become a leading fintech entity in Ethiopia, offering lending, payment, and transfer services through a unique digital-first financial services brand.
1. Saving & Credit Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years (BA Degree) / 4 years (Diploma) of relevant work experience in Financial Institutions.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.

2. Senior Accountant (HO)
- Qualification: BA Degree / College Diploma / TVET in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years (BA Degree) / 6 years (Diploma/TVET) of relevant experience in Microfinance Institutions is mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Branch Cashier
- Qualification: BA Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 year (BA Degree) / 2 years (Diploma) of relevant work experience in Financial Institutions.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Location: Addis Ababa
4. Branch Manager
- Qualification: BA Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years (BA Degree) / 7 years (Diploma) of relevant work experience in Microfinance Institutions is mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
