Position 1: SECRETARY I
Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science & Office Management or a related field
Minimum Work Experience: Not required
Competency:
Proficient in Ms-Office, with skills in utilizing software programs

Position 2: JUNIOR HR MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Minimum Qualification: BA Degree in HRM, Management, Economics, Business Management, Public Administration, or another associated discipline of study
Minimum Work Experience: Not required
Competency:
Teamwork spirit
Good moral conduct
Excellent customer handling and service approach
Strong language skills
Grade: VI
Year of Graduation: 2021/2022/2023/2024 only

Position 3: PROCUREMENT OFFICER I
Minimum Qualification: BA Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, or related fields
Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Procurement Officer

Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient technical and legal writing abilities
Excellent ability to assess needs and priorities
Effective coordination and direction of work assignments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Superior ability to analyze complex issues
Sound planning and organizational skills
