Position 2: IT SUPPORT OFFICER Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field such as Management Information Systems. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification is a plus. At least two years of experience in IT client and server-side helpdesk support, system administration, and installation and configuration of server hardware and software. Familiarity with Microsoft Server products, Exchange, Office365, VMware, and HPE hardware servers. Experience in server backup and recovery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven. Initiative-driven and adept at managing multiple interlocking teams and staff at all levels within Moenco. Organizational and prioritization skills.
