Position 1: Assistant Farm Manager Primary
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the farm budget, overseeing expenses for supplies, labor, maintenance, and other costs.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks such as field preparation, soil amendments, fertilization, and ground cover planning.
- Supervise irrigation and Integrated Pest Management activities.
- Maintain farmyard quality according to established standards.
- Coordinate tasks related to irrigation, erosion control, trellis and irrigation installation, and maintenance.
- Ensure all necessary farm equipment is on-site and in good working condition. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years for Master’s degree.
- Additional coursework in business management is advantageous.
- Experience in farming or related fields, with finance and administrative experience being beneficial.
- Passion for agriculture and strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.

- 6 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years for Master’s degree.
- Additional coursework in business management is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in farming or related fields, with management experience preferred.
- Passion for agriculture and strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Position 3: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Primary
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, implement, control, and evaluate financial strategies, goals, objectives, and resources.
- Lead the development and implementation of METAD’s financial strategies.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial policies and standards.
- Provide leadership and management to the finance department.
- Oversee METAD’s business operations, implement strategies, and optimize resource allocation.
- Restructure the finance department to meet business needs.
- Provide strategic leadership to accounting, treasury, budget, and procurement functions.
- Analyze cash flows and prepare investment proposals.
- Approve payments, disbursements, and transfers within set limits.
- Develop and review financial accounting, treasury management, budget, and procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and records. Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years for Master’s degree, with 4 years at a senior management level.

Position 4: Chief Operations Officer (COO) Primary
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of METAD’s operational strategies.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational policies and standards. Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Business Management, Agribusiness Management, or Food Science.
- 12 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years for Master’s degree. Location: METAD Headquarters Office and METAD farm site
Position 5: Import/Export Logistics Senior Expert Primary
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Export Manager and oversee all logistical activities related to import and export.
- Coordinate shipments, maintain delivery schedules, and communicate with relevant departments.
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Arrange cargo shipments and manage data entry, billing, and filing activities. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or equivalent work experience.
- 4 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years for Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in database management and knowledge of Transportation Management System techniques, tools, and metrics.
