Position 1: Safety and Security Officer
- Minimum Qualifications & Transferable Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Peace and Conflict, Social Sciences, or relevant fields.
- At least two years of experience in an NGO setting.
- Profound understanding of the conflict and political dynamics in Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa.
- Field-based expertise in challenging and insecure environments, preferably in conflict zones.
- Experience in engaging with various stakeholders including civilian, police, military, governmental, non-governmental, and international bodies.
- Proficiency in political analysis, incident reporting, data collection, and security assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and training abilities.
- Willingness to operate in difficult and insecure environments.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Fluency in English and local languages.

Position 2: OFF-FARM Enterprise Technical Specialist
- Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of four years of experience in agricultural value chain development, marketing, local economic development, and entrepreneurship.
- Experience in enhancing off-farm productivity, collaborating with private and international sectors for sustainable solutions.
- Understanding of Market Systems Development (MSD) approach.
- Excellent English and local language skills.

Position 3: Program Specialist (Tigray)
- Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or related fields.

- Proven success in market-based approaches and seed system strengthening.
- Strong leadership and management skills.

- BSc or Master’s in relevant fields with WASH-related experience.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in water sector governance.

Position 7:Research and Learning Technical Manager
- Requirements:
