MeQrez Health Services, established in October 2020, is a share company dedicated to enhancing Ethiopia’s health sector. Position 1: Human Resources Officer
Job Requirements:
- BA in HRM, Management, or Public Administration with at least four years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using HRMIS.
- High integrity, honesty, and self-initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing HR Management activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and guidelines as outlined in the HR Management Manual.
- Ensure compliance of personnel database and recording systems with applicable standards and maintain up-to-date records.
- Promote a strong organizational culture by upholding company values and principles.
- Compile employee attendance data for payroll and prepare various reports on staff attendance.
- Maintain records of capacity building, educational assistance, and skilled personnel.
- Draft and manage correspondence as directed and ensure proper handling of documents.
Position 2: IT Infrastructure Officer
Job Requirements:
- BSc or Diploma in IT or a related technical field with at least four years of experience as an IT/ICT Infrastructure Officer, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong observational skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High integrity, honesty, and self-initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, databases, VOIP, malware protection, CCTVs, and attendance systems.
- Implement and verify data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Create and maintain updated documentation.
- Upgrade systems and processes for enhanced functionality and security.
- Address help desk requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Install and test computer-related equipment.
- Knowledge of office automation and collaboration solutions.
Position 3: Accountant
Job Requirements:
- BA in Accounting & Finance with at least four years of relevant experience.
- Thorough understanding of current tax laws.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Liaise with tax authorities and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Facilitate the mailing of financial reports and documents and manage e-tax submissions.
- Update account charts, maintain backups, and manage the accounting database.
- Stay informed about industry trends and tax changes.
- Prepare paperwork for tax payments and returns.
