Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C, a remodelled Commercial Microfinance entity, was initially established in accordance with proclamation no. 40/96 and recently updated proclamation 626/2009 by the National Bank Of Ethiopia. We aim to provide financial and non-financial services to Medium, Small Enterprises, and low-income individuals, especially women, in both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.
We are presently looking for individuals to fill the following roles:
Position 1: MIS Officer
Requirements:
Technical and Other Skills:
- LAN administration expertise
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Technical ability, sound judgment, and effective communication skills
- Good conceptual understanding of participatory approaches and sustainable development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent
- Four years of related experience
- Salary: As per company scale
Position 2: Senior Finance Officer
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- BA/Diploma in Accounting, Banking Accounting & Finance, or related field
- Six to eight years of work experience
- Salary: As per the institution’s scale
