Position 1: Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities:

Receive and document incoming supplies and fixed assets, maintaining appropriate records.

Issue supplies based on approved store requisitions and keep proper documentation.

Distribute copies of store documents to relevant departments.

Organize and store supplies to prevent damage and ensure easy retrieval.

Operate computer systems for inventory and stock management.

Prepare monthly asset and inventory reports.

Arrange items systematically for easy retrieval and physical counting.

Prepare purchase requisitions to replenish supplies in a timely manner.

Propose the disposal of damaged, obsolete, or expired materials.

Qualification Requirements:

a. Education: Relevant qualification in Pharmacy Diploma/ BSc in Pharmacy.

b. Experience: Three years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or warehouse management. Knowledge of inventory control management software is preferred. Zero years of experience for pharmacists.

Position 2: Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

Assist Internal Audit Head in developing and revising audit guidelines, procedures, and formats.

Conduct regular audits of financial, administrative, procurement, and operational activities.

Audit inventory purchased within the organization for accuracy, compliance, and expenditure.

Collaborate with Centre Technical Heads to audit financial records for compliance and accuracy.

Ensure MSIE expenditure aligns with donor requirements.

Audit outreach and social franchising programs for accuracy in service figures and supplies used.

Qualification Requirements:

a. Education: MA/BA in Auditing/Accounting.

b. Experience: Minimum of three/five years of relevant internal/external auditing experience.

Third Position: Assistant Director of Marketing and Customer Engagement

Responsibilities:

Contribute to company-level strategic and marketing plan development.

Update and implement policies, programs, and standard operating procedures.

Lead the development of marketing plans in consultation with channel leads.

Oversee the development of behavioral change communication initiatives.

Ensure overall brand repositioning aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: First/Second degree in Marketing/Business Administration, Public Health, Health Communications, or equivalent.

Desirable Experiences:

Extensive experience in marketing, behavioral change communication campaigns, and commercial business leadership.

Minimum of seven years of experience working as a member of the management team.

Position 4: Contact Center & CPD Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide overall business and managerial oversight for the contact center and CPD centers.

Promote contact center services and CPD center training programs.

Ensure high team spirit and productivity through coaching, field visits, and performance reviews.

Establish effective client referral systems to MSIE centers.

Build long-lasting business partnerships with CPD center clients.

Drive the growth of the CPD center through strategic business development.

Qualification Requirements:

Educational background: Bachelor’s/Master’s/Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees in health, business management, and healthcare management.

Experience: Six to eight years of relevant experience.

Skills, Attitudes, Attributes:

Experience in a service/healthcare environment with a high level of phone contact.

Substantial contact center/management experience.

Supervisory/team leadership experience.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

IT literate with excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.

Proven sales pitching skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in two additional local languages (Amharic, Tigrigna, Afan Oromo).
