Available Positions:

Position 1. Office Administrator I/Secretary


Qualifications: Diploma/BA in Administrative Services Management, Secretarial Sciences, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 2 years with a BA or 4 years with a Diploma
Skills: Proficient in computer usage
Duty Station: Addis Ababa


Position 2. Human Resource Officer I (Re-advertised)


Qualifications: BA in Business Management, Public Administration, or related field from a recognized university
Experience: At least 1 year in HR or personnel administration
Skills: Proficient in computer usage
Duty Station: Addis Ababa


Position 3. Branch Manager I


Qualifications: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or senior role

Skills: Proficient in computer usage
Duty Station: Addis Ababa


Position 4. Deputy CEO of Resources Management


Qualifications: BA/BSc, preferably MA/MSc in Banking & Insurance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or Leadership
Experience: At least 12 years in insurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
Skills: Proficient in computer usage
Duty Station: Addis Ababa


Position 5. Assistant Branch Manager (Re-advertised)


Qualifications: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in insurance operations, including 3 years in a managerial position
Skills: Proficient in computer usage
Duty Station: Addis Ababa


Position 6. Deputy CEO of Operations


Qualifications: BA/BSc, preferably MA/MSc in Banking & Insurance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or Leadership; diploma in insurance from CII or LOMA preferred
Experience: At least 12 years in insurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
Skills: Proficient in computer usage
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
