KK Private Limited Company (KK PLC) began as a small entrepreneurial venture by Mr. Ketema Kebede forty years ago. Initially operated as a sole proprietorship, KK PLC evolved into a formal business entity, officially established as a trading company in Ethiopia in 1992. The company initially served as a distribution agent for imported and locally manufactured textile products. Within two years, KK PLC experienced significant growth, prompting the owner to expand resources and hire the first three professional staff members. This development marked the beginning of KK PLC’s operations in a leased office.

Position 1. General Manager

Qualifications:

  • BA/BSc/MA/MBA/MSc/PhD in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in coffee, sesame, pulse, and other oil seeds export, textile industry, or real estate development management.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex businesses successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.

Position 2. Project Manager – Real Estate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience as a project manager in a reputable real estate industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes from design through to project completion.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
