Position 1: Farm Data Clerk
Qualifications:
- Graduates of 2024 G.C. with a BA in Economics, Statistics, Agro-Economics, or related fields.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo.

Position 2: Plant Protection Scout
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc in Agronomy, Horticulture, or related fields.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in pest control and management.
- Effective communication skills.

Position 3: Plant Protection Expert
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience.
- Skills in emergency management, pest control, problem-solving, and communication.

Position 4: Agronomist (Top Priority)
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc or MSc in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience for BSc graduates, no experience required for MSc graduates.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
