Job Position 1 – Sales Officer for Jimma and Adama

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales Officer.

In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Experience:

Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in 5 years or a Master’s degree in 3 years.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Configuring, provisioning, and supporting various computer and electronic devices.

Analyzing incidents and problems, providing professional assessment reports.

Protecting PCs from virus attacks.

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, OS, and software issues.

Job Position 4 – Enterprise Systems and Application Expert

Qualifications:

Job Position 5 – Export Documentation Officer

Qualifications:

BA degree in Logistic Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, or related field of study.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year as an Export Documentation Officer in Import and export, preferably in an FMG Company.

Work Place: Addis Ababa

Required Skills:

Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or in a similar role.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Ability to multitask.

Attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Required training and/or certifications for the role of Documentation Specialist.

Readiness to put in extended hours as needed.

Primary Duties:

Facilitate the exchange of bank details with clients, receive shipping instructions, and prepare letters of credit drafts.

Forward specifications to operations for coffee preparation.

Ensure coffee is ready at the warehouse.

Obtain client approval of coffee.

Process certificates (quality, phytosanitary, fumigation, etc.).

Receive permits and forward to transit along with shipping instructions and invoices.

Follow up, facilitate, and secure certificates (quality, phytosanitary, fumigation, etc.).

Follow up and receive staffing reports and request BOL.

Acknowledge and verify the Bill of Lading (BOL) with the shipping company.

Follow up ICO, TC, GSP, Annexes, etc.

Verify and compile documents and forward to facilitator.

Submit documents to the bank.

Follow up to ensure the banks send documents to the buyer’s bank.

File copies of all documents in customer files.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or Division Head.

Job Position 6 – Manager, Import (Foreign Procurement)

Qualifications:

BA or MA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

10 years for BA / 8 years for MA.

Work Place: Addis Ababa

Position Title: Vehicle Insurance and Safety Officer

Qualifications:

Possession of a Level IV or Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Insurance, Transport Management, Business Management, Management, or a closely related field.

Relevant experience in:

3 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Vehicle Insurance & Safety Officer.
