Position 1: Office Engineer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years, including at least 2 years as an office engineer
- Location: Gelan

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop construction method statements and risk assessments, and design work methods for assigned areas
- Create temporary works and site design drawings
- Conduct job safety analyses
- Oversee the permanent work design and coordinate with the site
- Daily coordination with subcontractors and assist in preparing work requisitions
- Prepare and review technical and commercial comparison sheets for subcontractors’ offers, including monitoring payment applications
- Generate work requisitions for permanent materials, prepare material submittals, and manage the approval process
- Monitor material deliveries and invoicing
- Propose standard solutions and take initiative
- Maintain daily work tickets and manage change orders
- Keep accurate as-built records and document project issues
- Organize and maintain detailed project records
- Secure necessary permits and access
- Assist with preparing change orders
- Participate in key project reviews
- Perform other related duties as needed
Position 2: Surveyor
- Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Surveying or a related field
- Experience: 2 years for BSc holders; no experience required for MSc holders
- Location: Gelan

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Measure and map land using equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Prepare and document survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to meet project specifications
- Resolve discrepancies and errors in surveys
- Maintain accurate survey data records
- Perform calculations to confirm measurements
- Mark boundaries and reference points on land
- Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software like AutoCAD and GIS
