Kegna Beverages Share Company (KBSC) is a Beverage Manufacturing Industry officially established by shareholders on April 1, 2017. The beverage project is located in the Oromia Regional State, West Shewa Zone, on the outskirts of Ginchi city. Position 1: Manager, Route to Market (RTM)
Job Requirements:
Academic Requirement: MSC/MA/BSC/BA in Marketing Management, Sales Management, or related fields.
Work Experience: For MSC/MA, 4 years; for BSC/BA, 6 years of relevant work experience in Sales managerial roles within Beverage Industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead national RTM strategies.
Ensure sales and distribution models align with company strategies.
Implement and assess the performance of Real-Time Monitoring (RTM) and distributor infrastructure.
Develop and communicate best practices.
Collaborate with the business team to formulate a robust RTM strategy for Urban and Rural areas.
Coordinate and develop an annual business plan for RTM implementation.
Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributor performance.
Carry out additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
