Position 1: HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy alongside leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships effectively at all company levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Position 2: Accounting Head
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as an Accounting Head or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the accounting department.
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Manage and supervise accounting staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Conduct cost accounting and analyze cost variances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes.
Position 3: Logistics and Supply Chain Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes.
- Oversee procurement, storage, distribution, and logistics activities.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Optimize supply chain efficiency to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to align supply chain activities with company goals.
- Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and forecasts.
