Mulu Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing PLC is establishing a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical production facility in Bahirdar city, Amhara regional state. We are dedicated to producing high-quality pharmaceutical products. Our headquarters are centrally located in Addis Ababa, Bambis, next to Deleopol International Hotel, on the 7th Floor.

Position 1: HR Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy alongside leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships effectively at all company levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Position 2: Accounting Head

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Head or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the accounting department.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Manage and supervise accounting staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
  • Conduct cost accounting and analyze cost variances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes.

Position 3: Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes.
  • Oversee procurement, storage, distribution, and logistics activities.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Optimize supply chain efficiency to reduce costs and improve service levels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align supply chain activities with company goals.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and forecasts.
