Position 1. Customer Service Officer I
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration)
- Experience: 1 year of relevant banking experience
- Competencies:
- Understanding of general financial products and services
- Knowledge of banking accounting and procedures
- Ability to handle basic client inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2. IT Auditor
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess efficiency and effectiveness of IT project management
- Ensure physical and logical security of IT systems
- Monitor the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT applications
- Follow up on IT audit findings and conduct special audits as needed
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3. Internal Auditor
- Education: MBA/MA/MSc, or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 2 years in the banking industry, including 1 year as a Junior Internal Auditor or in a similar role
- Other Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and associated risks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective teamwork abilities

Position 4. Senior Treasury & Fund Management Officer
- Qualification: MSc, MA, BSc, or BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience: 5 years in a relevant banking role, including 2 years in treasury and fund management
- Duties and Responsibilities: Assess and ensure adequate funds to meet financial requirements by reviewing the bank’s reserves and liquidity needs

Position 5. Senior Risk Management Officer
- Qualification: MSc, MA, BA, or BSc in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in relevant fields, including 2 years in a Risk & Compliance role or equivalent
- Number of Positions: 3
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: At least 7 years in banking, including 1 year in a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role
- Skills Required:
- Strong team building and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of modern management techniques and commercial business law
- Excellent organizational skills and leadership abilities
- Customer-focused and results-driven
