Position: Junior Site Sales and Consulting Engineer

Educational Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Water Supply and Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience, with some exposure to construction work.

Skills:

• Proficient in computer applications.
• Strong technical and operational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with strong public relations skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation abilities.

Job Summary: Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Division Head, the Junior Site Sales and Consulting Engineer is responsible for providing technical and engineering support to customers by answering inquiries and requests. The role includes identifying potential customers, organizing sales schedules, and assisting in closing sales where technical expertise is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers.
• Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure products meet system requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide sales support.
• Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements.
• Assist customers with product issues and recommend improved or upgraded materials.
• Gather client feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and communicate these to the sales division.
• Secure orders, ensure product standards, and oversee product delivery.
• Recommend new and improved products to customers and explain cost-effective utilization.
• Write reports on sales activities and perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Division Head.
