Company Overview: KK Private Limited Company (KK PLC) began as a small entrepreneurial effort by Mr. Ketema Kebede forty years ago. Initially run by Mr. Kebede as the owner, manager, and operator, the business transformed into a formal trading company in 1992, operating in Ethiopia.
KK PLC started by acting as a distribution agent for both imported and locally manufactured textile products, representing various manufacturing companies. Within two years of its establishment, the company experienced rapid growth, prompting Mr. Kebede to expand the office in terms of resources and manpower. The first three professional staff members were hired, and operations commenced in a leased office.

Requirements:
- BA Degree in Purchasing Management, Procurement and Supply Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Purchaser to join our procurement team at KK PLC. The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services for our Real Estate construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction and real estate industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and purchase high-quality construction materials and products that meet the company’s standards and budget.
- Construction Materials Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess. Coordinate with warehouse and construction teams to manage inventory effectively.
- Construction Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, address issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Construction Cost Management: Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions and seek opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Construction Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, contracts, and supplier information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with construction and logistics teams to understand their needs and provide timely support.
