Position: Project Associate (Multiple Tracks)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields from a recognized university with GPA 3.4 and above.
Experience and Skills:
- Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills fostering relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-solving aptitude and sound decision-making.
- Emotional maturity and ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Contribute to proposal development for field-based projects.
- Conduct strategic research on company strategy, competitors, and stakeholders.
- Compile case stories from project outcomes.
- Support project start-up processes and logistics.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training events.
- Monitor project quality standards.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Communications Practice Area Head.
- Manage operational relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
