Position 1 – Project Manager
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Hydraulic Engineering, Irrigation, Dam Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields of study.
General and specific experience (years): 10/8 years and above in building construction or Water works construction, with a minimum of 8 years in the specified position.
A renewed Professional certificate is mandatory for all Technical positions.

Position 2 – Office Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Hydraulic Engineering, Irrigation, Dam Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields of study.
General and specific experience (years): 5/7 years and above in building construction or Water works construction, with a minimum of 6 years in the specified position.
Location: West Arsi Zone, Kofele

Position 3 – Site Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Hydraulic Engineering, Irrigation, Dam Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields of study.
General and specific experience (years): 6/8 years and above in building construction or Water works construction, with a minimum of 6 years in the specified position.

Position 4 – Project Finance & HR Administration
Qualifications and Experience
Education: MBA & BA in Accounting/ Accounting & Finance/ Business Administration or related field from a recognized institution.
General and specific experience (years): 7 and 6 years directly from the construction sector.

Position 5 – Project Store Keeper
Qualifications and Experience
Education: BA in Supply Management or related field from a recognized institution.
General and specific experience (years): 5 years and above of similar experience.
