Position: Database Administrator
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field of study, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Ability to organize and plan work independently
Responsibilities:
Ensure the seamless functioning of HR data
Facilitate the administration of HR systems and databases by consistently performing maintenance and implementing enhancements.
Maintain accurate personnel files with the highest level of discretion
Supervise HR data manipulation and reporting
Manage critical HR operations, such as data validation for annual pay reviews
Collaborate with the information services team to ensure the proper completion of HR procedures
Provide accurate ad-hoc and scheduled data reports to the HR department staff team
Perform other duties as assigned by HRM
Location: Addis Ababa
