Position 1: Female Receptionist
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an efficient reception process
- Proficiency in common office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite) for efficient handling of administrative tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, contributing to a thriving team environment focused on continuous growth
Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, greeting them warmly and making them feel valued.
- Efficient Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate staff member or department to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Reception Area Management: Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Position 2: Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Familiarity with industry-specific processes
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee a team of employees, ensuring they meet goals and adhere to company policies.
- Workflow Coordination: Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to manage workflow efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
