We are excited to invite qualified and interested women candidates to apply for our Women Management Trainee Program (WMTP). This program is designed to develop high-potential women for leadership roles by equipping them with essential skills and leadership competencies.
The WMTP offers a 12-18 month experiential learning journey, employing the 70:20:10 learning model. Participants will engage in diverse learning approaches including job rotations, coaching and mentoring, classroom training, shadowing and exposure, e-learning, peer learning and reflection, and business improvement projects.

Position: Women Management Trainee – Logistics
Skills, Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of logistics experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment, including 2 years in supervisory roles.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Commit to completing the full training program, encompassing both theoretical and practical training.
- Diligently pursue the training provided by the company, demonstrating the acquisition of desired knowledge and skills at each stage.
