Position: Customer Service Officer-I
Job Description:
- Provide prompt and accurate information about the bank’s products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Accurately process withdrawals and cash disbursements.
- Verify customer signatures and identification for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Perform foreign currency exchange transactions as requested by customers.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
Location:
- Agaro Branch under Jimma Area Office
