Position: Product Development Manager
Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:
- MA/MBA/BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 7-9 years, including 2 years in a senior officer role within banking operations
Job Purpose:
The Product Development Manager will drive the creation and enhancement of banking products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics. Responsibilities include policy development, budget planning, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement division policies, procedures, and budgets
- Uphold the bank’s corporate image and code of conduct
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and transparency among staff
- Monitor service delivery in line with service level agreements
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities
