Position: Manager, Talent Programs and Partnerships
Education:
- MSC, MA, BSC, or BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
Requirements:
- 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as a Principal HCM Officer or an equivalent position.
- Experience in organization and methods, as well as organization design, is highly preferred.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Study and recommend the bank’s HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and propose major HR initiatives such as leadership development programs, employee performance management systems, succession planning, coaching and mentoring, career management, and other talent programs.
- Study and recommend total compensation packages.
- Provide training on major HR initiatives as required.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR initiatives and programs across the bank.
