- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Accounting and Finance, or Management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

As a Trainee Manager, you will focus on a specific department (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Finance, Human Resources), gaining extensive insights into its operations, processes, and challenges. You will collaborate closely with seasoned department managers and executives, receiving mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be assigned to a department at one of our resorts where you will apply your acquired skills and continue to develop professionally. This practical experience will offer valuable opportunities to contribute to the resort’s success and advance your career.
Through this specialized program, you will develop essential leadership skills, including:
- Assisting department managers with daily operations
- Gaining a thorough understanding of departmental processes and objectives
- Providing administrative support
- Contributing to strategic planning within the department
- Assisting in performance evaluations through data analysis and reporting
- Monitoring business revenue and identifying growth opportunities
- Conducting research to enhance profitability and manage risks
- Creating and delivering impactful presentations
