Position: Manager, Talent Program Execution

Qualification: Candidates must hold an MA/MBA degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or related fields.

Experience: A minimum of six (6) years for those with a Master’s degree and eight (8) years for those with a Bachelor’s degree, with relevant experience in the Human Resource Development area. Out of this experience, at least three (2) years should be in supervisory positions.

IFB exposure is an additional advantage. The Manager of Talent Program Execution will be responsible for designing and implementing talent programs that align with the bank’s HR strategic objectives. This role entails overseeing consistent talent policies and processes, encompassing talent sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.

The manager will be accountable for monitoring the effectiveness and compliance of learning and development initiatives, measuring their impact on business goals, and making necessary adjustments. Additionally, they will lead the development of performance management. The Talent Program Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the bank’s talent management initiatives, ensuring the success and growth of its employees.

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Note:

COC related to the position is advantageous.

Training in IFB is advantageous.
