Position 1: Senior Project Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MSc or BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Technology, or a related field, with at least 12/14 years of direct experience in construction (building & infrastructure) or real estate.

Role Summary: Under the guidance of the BCPC, the Senior Project Manager will oversee project plans and ensure execution according to quality, budget, and timeline standards. Responsibilities include preparing construction schedules, managing project performance, and analyzing costs to enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction: Develops, monitors, and implements detailed project schedules, ensures adherence to quality standards, and introduces innovative construction techniques.
- Human Resource: Provides training and managerial support to team members, delegates tasks, and ensures compliance with safety standards.
- Materials, Machinery, & Vehicles: Oversees resource allocation and ensures efficient utilization of materials and equipment.
- Finance: Prepares financial reports, manages payroll, and ensures accurate financial documentation.
- Relationships: Fosters relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, and clients to streamline project processes.
- Reporting: Submits regular progress reports and maintains open lines of communication with the Building Construction Project Coordinator.
Position 2: Property Management Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MA, MSc, or MBA in Management, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 12/14 years of experience, including 7/9 years in Property Management or Mall Administration in the construction or real estate sector.
Competencies:
- Expertise in property or mall management practices
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with team-building and conflict management skills
Role Summary: The Property Management Manager is tasked with overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing building infrastructure and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Prepares operational plans and implements them with management approval, ensuring high-quality maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
- Health and Safety: Develops and implements safety plans to minimize incidents, maintaining compliance with health standards.
- Relationship Management: Maintains positive tenant relationships, resolves complaints, and manages service providers.
- Crisis Management: Engages with city authorities during local crises and ensures compliance with company standards.
- Reporting: Provides periodic reports and supports management in achieving property maintenance goals.
