Position 1: Junior Accountant
Location: Ambo
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role; factory experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Position 2: Junior Auditor
Location: Ambo
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in auditing or a similar role; factory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Position 3: Junior Supervisor
Location: Ambo/Burayu, Ethiopia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role; factory experience is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and marketing skills.
- Familiarity with sales and promotional strategies.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience and capability to work collaboratively within a team.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in English and Afan Oromo is required; knowledge of Amharic is an advantage.
