Ethiopian Skylight Hotel is excited to announce openings for the following positions:
Position 1: Director of Engineering
- Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
- Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 9 years of experience in engineering, maintenance program development, or maintenance planning and production control, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Option 2: Master’s Degree in Civil, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, maintenance program development, or maintenance planning and production control, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Position 2: Director of Rooms
- Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
- Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Hotels and Tourism Management, Cooperative Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution with at least 12 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role in large-scale catering establishments or 4/5-star hotels.
- Option 2: Master’s Degree in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Hotels and Tourism Management, Cooperative Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution with at least 10 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role in large-scale catering establishments or 4/5-star hotels.
