We specialize in distributing FMCG products through our network of Sales Representatives and a managed database of registered partner outlets across various major regions of Ethiopia. We design and implement profitable end-to-end route-to-market strategies for our partners’ brands, ensuring efficient and effective product delivery to customers. Our continuous engagement with customers through focused interviews and surveys keeps our market intelligence up-to-date, providing us with a deep understanding of customer preferences.

Position 1: Liaison Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Business degree or related background with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with travel experience as a Liaison Officer.
  • Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading Amharic, English, and Oromifa.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to branches.

Role and Responsibilities: The Liaison Officer will facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, or organizations, acting as a bridge to ensure smooth operations and efficient decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing information flow, resolving conflicts, maintaining strong relationships, and representing the company in both government and non-government offices to complete tasks assigned by relevant departments.


Position 2: Senior Accountant

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACFN, COC certification is preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented.

Role and Responsibilities: The Senior Accountant will supervise general accounting operations and control financial transactions, including reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures. The role requires excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles to efficiently analyze financial reports and forecasts. The Senior Accountant will also supervise the work of junior accountants and report directly to the Finance Manager.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills in Amharic and English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment and punctuality.
